Initially developed for and solely used by the [[Serrian Navy]], as of 2022 AMLIS-equipped vessels are now used also by the Icarian Navy, Edusan Navy, Cadenzan Navy, Estian Navy, and Vrijer Navy, and planned for use by other navies around the world.

Additionally, the AMLIS Ground-Based Defense has expanded the scope of the system to defend against a wider variety of targets. Today, it serves as the primary aerial threat management combat system against ballistic warheads, missiles, aircraft, artillery and mortars.
