AMLIS

The Advanced Multi Layered Information System is a Serrian integrated threat management and combat tasking system developed by Verrani Combat Systems, a subsidiary of Verriani, S.p.A. It uses powerful computer and radar technology to track and guide weapons to destroy enemy targets.

Initially developed for and solely used by the Serrian Navy, as of 2022 AMLIS-equipped vessels are now used also by the Icarian Navy, Edusan Navy, Cadenzan Navy, Estian Navy, and Vrijer Navy, and planned for use by other navies around the world.

Additionally, the AMLIS Ground-Based Defense has expanded the scope of the system to defend against a wider variety of targets. Today, it serves as the primary aerial threat management combat system against ballistic warheads, missiles, aircraft, artillery and mortars.

Overview

AMLIS Ashore

The AMLIS Ashore program encompasses the AMLIS Ballistic Advanced Ground Launched Interceptor (BAWGLI), AMLIS Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (CRAM), AMLIS Advanced Surface to Air Missile (ASAM) and AMLIS Advanced Long-Range Surface to Air Missile (ALRSAM). These systems have expanded the capabilities and scope of the AMLIS system to fight against threats from platforms based on land.
