National Aviation Reserve
This component is made up of civil aircraft and aircraft disassembled in storage that are made available to the air force for use in situations where normal transport aircraft capacities of the Air Force are exceeded.
Instant Intercept Force
The Instant Intercept Force is a program ran by the Demitorian Air Force and the Air Defense Service since 1972. The goal of the program is to have half of all Air Defense Interceptors active and ready to be taking off within a minute and a half, while also having a goal of having all mainline and reserve fighter aircraft in the program be ready to be airborne within four minutes. Generally, the Force is combined with the Air Defense Service Coloik Line of early warning and intercept radars positioned along the Demitorian Coast. All aircraft in this program reside in hardened shelters with the pilot's accommodation nearby. As part of this program, an in-air refueling tanker is also present with the same time requirements as the normal fighters, to ensure that sorties can last as long as the pilots can handle. The force is generally stood up in all EMERGCON levels, though the travel of pilots and access to the bases where they are is generally more restrictive with each increase in threat level.

National Peacekeeping Contingent
The national peacekeeping contingent is the force designated for use as peacekeepers should any needs arise for such a force. The plans for this program were drawn up during the height of the Svernan Cold War, whereas potential conflict could see destabilization, and this force was intended to prevent a flood of refugees into Demitor and stabilize the regions on the border. Generally made up of deactivated units, their manpower and equipment is drawn from the Army Reserve, but when activated they fall under the control of the main army command system.

Demitorian Border Troops
The Demitorian Border Troops are an arm of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and fall under the joint command of the MoFA and the Civil Security Agency. They have a joint responsibility with the Central Immigration and Customs Service for control of the national borders, including law enforcement efforts concerning immigration law and customs offenses. The Border Troops staff all border control points throughout Demitor along the border with Kolonia, as well as several ports of entry at seaports and airports. They have full enforcement powers as law enforcement, though they have more power in regards of identity and search compared to other law enforcement agencies. They are usually armed with bolt action rifles, though frontline checkpoint units are armed with assault rifles. They generally do not have any real influence on a military conflict, resorting to being internal and rear-guard forces in active conflicts. They can supplement the civilian police services when necessary. They have nondescript military vehicles, and rely on the air force for aerial surveillance and the Coast Guard for law enforcement and searches on the high seas. The service has an authorized strength of sixty five thousand armed personnel, with most of the deployments along the border with Kolonia. There is a significant presence in airports and other ports of entry, with the force operating the Aircraft Protection Directorate in cooperation with the Civil Security Agency staffing law enforcement officers on flights. Training is standard for all of the armed services, with the cadets attending the military basic course and then going on to the border troops training directorate for branch specific training. All enlisted members and officers have to be fully trained paramedics and be equipped for fighting wildfires as well.
Demitorian Civil Security Agency Police
The Demitorian Civil Security Agency are the uniformed civilian police force, responsible for day to day law enforcement not covered by specialized services.
Demitorian National Guard
The Demitorian National Guard is made up of a few different agencies; the Highway Police, State Fire Service, State Emergency Medical Agency and the Genadarme. It is the main body for everything concerning emergency response, with only the Civil Security Agency Police being there for civil policing duties as well. The National Guard is technically under the Ministry of the Interior, but functionally operates with input from the Ministry of Defense and National Preservation. The two Ministries formed the Joint Public Safety Board to handle civil administration of public safety functions of the National Guard agencies.

Demitorian Air Defense Service
The Air Defense Service is a small separate branch independent of all other branches, but nominally falls under the control of the Air Force. It's main responsibility is air defense of the national airspace, coordinating interceptions of suspicious or hijacked aircraft, and defending against all forms of airborne threats, including missiles. The Air Defense service is separate from the numerous Air Artillery units in the regular army, as the Air Defense Service is never deployed overseas and only within Demitorian possessions while the Air Defense Artillery units can be deployed as any other Artillery unit. They have a nominal fleet of aircraft at their disposal, including thirty interceptors drawn from the frontline interceptor model, mainly being the oldest variant of the type still in service, five transport aircraft and eight early warning aircraft. As well as the normal aircraft, the ADS also runs a network of thirty two mobile balloons with radars on them and fifteen areostats with specialized equipment on them as well. They are jointly operated by the Border Troops.
