The imperial coat of arms of the Empire of Iconia, or the imperial arms for short, is the official coat of arms of the Iconian monarch, currently Theodorus III. These arms are used by the Emperor in her official capacity as monarch of the Empire of Iconia. Variants of the imperial arms are not used by other members of the Imperial family. The Government uses the lesser Coat of Arms in connection with the administration and government of the country, and some courts and legislatures.
The imperial arms may only be used by the Emperor/Empress him/herself. They also appear in courtrooms. Judges are officially Crown representatives, demonstrated by the display of the royal arms behind the judge's bench in almost all Imperial courts; notable exceptions include the Imperial Supreme Court, which displays its own badge and flag to symbolize its nationwide role.
As the Iconian Empire is governed in the monarch's name, the Government also uses the imperial arms as a national symbol of the Iconian Empire (arms of dominion), and, in that capacity, the coat of arms can be seen on several government documents and forms, passports, in the entrance to embassies and consulates, etc. However, when used by the government and not by the monarch personally, the coat of arms is often represented without the helm.
It is customary (but not mandatory) for churches throughout the Iconian Empire whether in the Church of Aquilia or the Church of Thessolakia to display the royal arms to show loyalty to the Crown. If a church building of either denomination does not have an imperial arms, permission from the Crown must be given before one can be used.

representing the Aquila, magniloquence and ascendancy of the golden kingdom while the Aqua designates the rivers and lakes of the northern part of Aquilia outlined in blue colours. The golden colour symbolising the sun and its rays shine is significantly more apparent in the Royal Standard of Aquilia.

Lucia, composed initially of 10 historical counties manifested in white rectangles on the black background of the dark ores mined in Lucian mountains. Background vair fur embodies the natural wealth of Lucia, and its laurel represents the noble ancestry. Lucia's Royal Standard shows similar symbolics in its division between four parts, its duchies, and colours representing the same ideas.

The Kingdom of Thessolakia was both the last Kingdom and country that joined the Iconian Empire and, as such, is the only chief royal Coat of Arms not represented in the Imperial Standard. The Royal Standard of Thessolakia is following the design of their Coat of Arms with a red symbolising blood, carnation symbolising courage and black representing unity.

As is usual in Iconian cultures, the blazon's Scaly background represents the islands themselves and the enormous ocean surrounding them. In contrast, the green embodies these islands' fertile grassy lands and their human and animal residents shown in stalag and its crest.
The crest is composed of Crest a Knightly Helmet argent, mantling argent, vert and bisque, surmounted by a County crown. Supporters are birds argent and sable with underlying Commander Cross of The Most Excellent Order of the Iconian Empire.

The Imperial Standard of the Empire of Iconia, commonly abbreviated as The Flag of Iconia or The Flag of the Iconian Empire, is the official state symbol of the Iconian Empire and serves as its primary flag representing the state abroad and domestically. During the ages, the flags of various Kingdoms of the Iconian Empire has undergone many changes and, as such, were unsuitable for a flag uniting the whole archipelago. The creation of the Empire has urged the need for a new common flag, and after artistic concepts and proposals from designers, this design, based on the historical symbols of the nation, has been chosen. The black Iconian Cross, commonly also called Cross Potent, symbolises the four main parts of the Empire united into one, the Three Kingdoms and one Grand Duchy. Blue being the island and sea nature of Iconian culture.
The Imperial Seal of the Empire of Iconia is another constitutionally protected symbol that can be used only by the Monarch of the Iconian Empire. It is a contrast to the Iconian Seal used by the government.
The Coat of Arms of the Imperial family has seemingly the same crest as the Coat of Arms of the Iconian Empire. Their main differences are the displayed awards and orders of the family. The family's coat of arms has under its official blazon the Cross of Grand Commander and Chevalier de Collier of The Most Excellent Order of the Iconian Empire of which the ruling monarch is the sovereign. The Most Honorable Order of the Augustus Cross of the Grand Commander and The Most Honorable Order of the Cetacea of the Grand Commander was also awarded to the imperial family through its deeds. The final award is the Cross of the Grand Commander of The Most Honorable Order of the Serrian Empire. The Imperial Family motto is Credere nemo, freely translated as Trust no one.

The Iconian Imperial Cross is an official symbol of the Imperial family and the Empire, constitutionally protected and banned concerning any misuse. The Iconian Cross, although being a national symbol, possesses an exception in its usage and is permitted to be used in any capacity except for harmful, offensive or hateful purposes.
