The Archdiocese of Agios, more commonly referred to as Agios, is an overseas Archdiocese located on the island of Agios in Icaria. Agios is well known for its very high standards of living, and unique hybrid Serrian-Icarian culture that it shares with Paros, which attracts millions of tourists a year from all over the world. Unlike Metropolitan Serria, Agios' older sections are in the Ithakan style and there are several ancient Icarian temples that are now used as Catholic churches. Unique among Serrian Archioceses, Agios jointly funds its own branch of the Serrian Armed Forces with the city of Altena, known as the Agios Militia which has been deployed around the world in support of humanitarian operations. Agios has long been the centre of Serrian finance in the Mauralin Gulf region, and since the 1970s has outsourced most of its production to Altena and Paros, because of their lower minimum wages and living costs.

Agios has a special relationship with the Serrian Order city of Altena, where they jointly fund public projects such as the South Island Nuclear Power Station, the public transportation network, and the Agios Militia which operates out of both cities. Agios is connected to the mainland by two road/rail bridges, one road tunnel and two subway tunnels and the South Island is connected to the main island by one road/rail bridge. Despite the prevalence of high tech infrastructure in Agios such as the all-electric bus system, the rail network is equipped to handle regular steam train traffic thanks to the Federal Republic of Icarias widespread use of older steam trains.

At $396 billion and $80,000 per capita in 2018, Agios has one of the highest GDP per capita in the world with its GDP surpassing even small nations. The Agios CBD is the largest Serrian financial district in the region and is one of the largest in the world. Agios is a major trade hub in the region, with the port in the northern part of the city having the largest yearly throughput of any port in Icaria as of 2015. The majority of trade in and out of the Serrian Order territory in Icaria goes through Agios, and as of 2019, the majority of outbound trade from the Federal Republic of Icaria is shipped through the port, being brought there by rail over the [insert name] bridge. The Agios shipbuilding and aerospace industry is very large, being bolstered by Icarian companies fleeing the second Icarian civil war, with many becoming established players in the Serrian economy, thanks to the assistance of the Agios government.

Agios' culture has been heavily influenced by Serrian culture since the 1600s, forming a new unique hybrid culture that features heavy influence from both Icarian and Serrian cultures. Serrian Catholicism is the dominant religion, and many Serrian cultural norms have been introduced which have either replaced, or been fused with traditional Icarian norms. In the 1700s many prominent architects from Agios and Paros worked with their Serrian counterparts to develop a new architectural style, the [unnamed Architectural style], that dominated both regions until the early 1800s. Many of these buildings still stand today in both Archdioceses in the historic parts of their cities.
