The Serrian Economic Cooperation Treaty (SECT) is a bilateral trade agreement initially signed 5 March 1995 and went into effect with the initial signatories on 1 January 2000.
It is a bilateral free trade agreement chaired by an international non-governmental organization, headquartered in Vellina to encourage trade between partner nations and Serria.
